Research Assistant for Gumz Lab
I first started at the Gumz Lab, a renal physiology lab focusing on circadian gene influences, in genotyping processing PCRs and Gels. As part of the University of Florida's University Scholars Program, I am coordinating an independent project with PI Dr. Michelle Gumz focusing on sex differences in the Four Core genotype model and Pcsk9 expression.

Service Director for University of Florida's Undergraduate American Medical Women's Association
I coordinate various service opportunities for UF uAMWA members that allow for exposure and education of different organizations in the community of Gainesville, as well as facilitating on campus service events. Furthermore, I started coordination for tutoring and mentorship programs with a local organization, Girls Can Do It Too, that focuses on girls mental health in the Gainesville community.

HCA North Florida Hospital Volunteer
I have volunteered on the surgical floor of HCA North Florida Hospital assisting nurses with tasks such as linen organization as well supporting engagement with patients. Currently, I volunteer with the Art Cart and provide patients with various word/number puzzles, coloring, and painting.
